By accessing or using PyTurbCT software and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PyTurbCT software for your internal business purposes in accordance with your selected license type.

- Academic License: For educational and research purposes at accredited institutions
- Commercial License: For commercial use in business operations
- Enterprise License: For large-scale deployment across organizations
- Trial License: For evaluation purposes with limited duration and features
2.3 License Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
- Share, sublicense, rent, or lease the software to third parties
- Use the software for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Exceed the number of authorized users or installations
3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment and Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected license type. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice for existing customers.
4.2 Billing
Fees are billed in advance on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Rights
PyTurbCT and all related software, documentation, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.
5.2 Your Content
You retain all rights to the designs, models, and data you create using our software ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Your Content solely to provide the Services.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit malicious code or viruses
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Services for competitive analysis or benchmarking
7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that the Services will perform substantially in accordance with the documentation for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete Your Content after termination, so please ensure you have backups.
